How far would you go on a first date?
When 10,000 members of a British dating site were asked the same question, it was the larger ladies who were more likely to answer: 'all the way.'
The survey, by FreeDating.co.uk, also found the larger a woman was the more open she may be to having sex on a first date.
Similarly, of those quizzed, tall, skinny women were also more likely to jump into bed after a first date.
The same couldn't be said about the men surveyed. Those describing their body shape as 'athletic' were more inclined to go 'all the way' on a first date than those more rotund members.
Worryingly, the survey also found that men who said they were married on the site were more likely to have sex on a first date than their single counterparts.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the
women who said they were medium drinkers, had an interest in cars and
spent time in bars were more inclined to have first-date sex.
Whereas, those who said they were teetotal and, bizarrely, had an interest cycling would say not tonight chaps.
It was a similar story for the men.
Finally, in women, declining education levels lead to increased willingness for first-date sex, while in men, the better educated were more willing to have sex on the first date, the survey found.
